Lovie app (hereinafter referred to as “this Product”) is a paid value-added service. You must fully agree to all of the following service terms and complete payment before you can enjoy the relevant services.
This Product includes three types of paid services: one-time purchase, single purchase of voice cards, and continuous subscription. You may freely choose your purchase method.
- One-time purchase: Apple iOS users support moly top-up through the Apple application. One-time purchase, permanently valid.
Android users support moly top-up through WeChat Pay. One-time purchase, permanently valid. - Single purchase of voice cards: Users can directly purchase voice cards on the voice page. After purchase, the corresponding “voice theme” (for unlocking or creating custom voice effects) will be immediately added. Voice cards are one-time purchase items. After purchase, they are permanently valid and will not automatically renew.
- Continuous subscription: When Apple iOS users purchase continuous subscription service, it will automatically renew monthly, quarterly, or yearly. Unless you cancel the auto-renewal function within 24 hours before the current subscription ends, auto-renewal will occur. If you need to cancel your subscription after purchase, please go to your Apple account settings page to cancel the subscription.
During the free trial period, if not cancelled, auto-renewal will occur after the trial period ends.
Android users support purchasing continuous subscription through Alipay. Monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew. Unless you cancel the auto-renewal function within 24 hours before the current subscription ends, auto-renewal will occur. - General Provisions
1.1. This Product is a network platform created and operated by Shanghai Jiyou Information Technology Center.
1.2. Users of this Product refer to registered users who have completed the entire registration process, are willing to accept this Product’s User Agreement, and use this Product’s services in accordance with relevant usage norms of this Product platform.
1.3. This Product’s membership service is a paid value-added service provided by this Product platform to users of this Product. After users pay relevant fees to this Product platform, they can enjoy various services provided by membership services.
1.4. This Product membership must comply with the “User Agreement” and “Privacy Policy.”
- Service Fees
2.1. For standard charging, please see the payment page. This Product platform will provide different prices based on your purchase method and duration. Specific information is subject to the content on the service payment page. The service period of this service is based on the period of your choice and payment of corresponding service fees. You can also log in to this Product payment center to check your service period.
2.2. This Product platform has the right to adjust fee standards based on actual conditions. Regarding any adjustments to this Product membership service fees and voice card fee standards, this Product platform will make a public announcement at least one month in advance and take effect on the specified date. For users who purchase membership services before the specified date, their prices and service periods purchased before the fee adjustment will not be affected, and no payment of the difference is required; for users who purchase this Product membership services or voice cards after the specified date, payment should be made according to the updated fee standards.
2.3. Regarding fee changes, membership and payment users should confirm the updated service terms published and revised by this Product platform within the announcement period. Regarding service term and fee changes, users have the following options:
2.3.1. No longer continue using this Product membership service or purchasing voice cards;
2.3.2. If users make no expression and continue to use, it is deemed that the user accepts the service terms and fee changes;
2.3.3. If the user agrees to the changed content, after the announcement period expires, this Product platform will provide services to the user based on the latest service terms and service prices.
2.4. Single Purchase Voice Cards
2.4.1. Voice cards are one-time payment items used to add “voice themes,” which can be used to unlock or create custom voice effects.
2.4.2. After the user clicks “Purchase Voice Card” on the voice page and enters the payment process, upon successful payment, the theme will be immediately added.
2.4.3. Voice cards are one-time purchase content and cannot be refunded, cancelled, transferred, or gifted.
2.4.4. Voice card themes are permanently saved in the account. Even if the user later becomes a member or membership expires, the theme remains.
2.4.5. Voice cards only provide themes and do not include membership service itself.
- Service Content
3.1. This Product platform will provide various exclusive value-added membership services for members.
3.2. This Product platform has the right to adjust service content based on actual conditions.
- Commencement and Termination of Service
4.1. After you pay the corresponding fee through WeChat Pay/Alipay/iOS payment methods, this service commences. After this service commences, it cannot be transferred or cancelled.
4.1.1. Voice Card Commencement
User clicks “Purchase Voice Card” on the voice page to enter payment process;
After successful payment, 1 “voice theme” is immediately added;
If payment fails, the user remains on the current page and no theme is added.
4.2. You may not activate this service for yourself or others through any of the following methods:
4.2.1. Using profit-making, business operations, or other non-personal use purposes to activate this service for yourself or others;
4.2.2. Activating this service for yourself or others through any bot software, plugins, worms, viruses, screen scraping software, or any programs or plug-in methods;
4.2.3. Activating this service for yourself or others through any improper means or in violation of good faith principles;
4.2.4. Activating this service for yourself or others through methods not designated by this Product platform;
4.2.5. Activating this service for yourself or others through methods that infringe on this Product platform’s or others’ legal rights;
4.2.6. Activating this service for yourself or others through other methods that violate relevant laws, administrative regulations, or national policies.
4.3. Service Period
4.3.1. The service period of this service is based on the period of your choice and payment of corresponding service fees.
4.3.2. After membership validity period expires, this Product platform will cease providing membership value-added services.
4.3.3. If membership is renewed during validity period, validity will be extended based on the original service validity period.
(Voice cards are one-time services and are not affected by this clause.)
- Rights and Obligations of Members
5.1. Members should ensure the authenticity of registration information. If any problems and liabilities arising from false registration information, users shall bear full responsibility.
5.2. Members and this Product jointly own the rights of this Product membership, while complying with all management schemes of this Product platform, including but not limited to this Product User Service Agreement.
5.3. Members enjoy various value-added services provided by this Product during the fee payment validity period.
5.4. Members may participate in activities organized by this Product platform and enjoy corresponding discounts and value-added services.
5.5. Members have the right not to participate in any activities organized by this Product platform.
5.6. Members shall bear legal liability for information published and disseminated on this Product platform. When members use this Product service, including free services and value-added services, they shall comply with all laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
- Rights and Obligations of This Product Platform
6.1. This Product platform guarantees the smooth operation of membership services. When technical failures cause interruptions to membership services, this Product platform should promptly troubleshoot and resolve them.
6.2. Without members’ authorization, this Product platform shall not publicly disclose, edit, or reveal members’ non-public content. Except as prescribed by law.
6.3. This Product platform informs and announces to members through this Product system notifications, SMS notifications, email notifications, and other methods.
6.4. This Product platform assumes no liability for any interruptions or other defects of membership services caused by force majeure, but will make every effort to reduce losses and impacts caused to members.
6.5. If user password leakage causes this Product account password leakage, this Product platform assumes no liability. To prevent accounts from being stolen after password leakage and causing legal risks, this Product platform has the right to take necessary measures to protect user account security.
6.6. If members, in the process of using this Product service or this Product membership service, engage in any behavior that damages this Product platform, this Product users, or this Product membership’s legal rights, this Product platform has the right to cancel their membership qualifications, disable accounts, and retain the right to pursue legal liability.
6.7. If members engage in any behavior that violates relevant PRC laws and regulations in the process of using this Product service or this Product membership service, this Product platform has the right to cancel membership qualifications, disable accounts with no compensation, and the member shall bear full personal liability.
- Miscellaneous
7.1. The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of these service terms shall apply to the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
7.2. Legal disputes arising from payment user content behavior are unrelated to Shanghai Jiyou Information Technology Center.
7.3. This Product platform may continuously improve these terms based on different development stages of this Product.
7.4. All Product payment users must complete registration procedures and agree to all content of these terms.
Appendix: “Auto-Renewal Service Rules”
- Preamble
These “Auto-Renewal Service Rules” (hereinafter referred to as “these Rules”) are deemed a supplementary agreement to “This In-App Payment Agreement,” constitute an inseparable component, and form an integral whole with it. If there is a conflict between these Rules and “This In-App Payment Agreement,” these Rules shall prevail.
When you purchase paid services, if you choose “Continuous Subscription” (such as “Continuous Monthly,” “Continuous Quarterly,” “Continuous Yearly,” etc., with the corresponding paid service purchase interface display as the criterion) and click to agree to “Auto-Renewal Service Rules,” confirm payment fees, etc. to perform the next step or use the paid service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Rules.
- Service Authorization and Deduction Mechanism
You understand and agree:
- Authorization and Deduction: This auto-renewal service is provided based on your need for auto-renewal, submitted before you have activated this service, to avoid services being withdrawn due to your negligence or other causes leading to untimely renewal causing losses. If you choose to use auto-renewal service, you hereby authorize this Product to, in your purchased single paid service auto-renewal billing cycle about to expire, deduct the next billing cycle service fee from your own funded account (including but not limited to Alipay, WeChat Pay, Apple App Store, etc.) or the third-party payment account bound to the single paid service user account (hereinafter referred to as “Payment Account”).
- Deduction Time:
- General channels: Usually deduct within 24 hours before service expiration or on expiration date.
- Apple iOS channels: According to Apple official rules, may automatically deduct within 24 hours before current usage period expires. Actual deduction time shall prevail.
- Extension Rules: Once deduction is successful, this Product will automatically extend the usage period of corresponding paid service.
- Auto-Renewal Types and Cycles
- Types include: Continuous monthly, continuous quarterly, continuous yearly, etc. (specific to the interface display at time of purchase).
- Modification Statement: This Product may add, adjust auto-renewal service types, and content based on business development and changes in user needs. Please refer to the specific interface display content and detailed description at time of purchase of corresponding paid service.
- Detailed Deduction Rules
- Password-Free Payment: When you choose auto-renewal service, you agree that payment channels may, without entering payment account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information, deduct the service fee for one billing cycle from the Payment Account you bound.
- Continued Deduction: Unless you actively cancel or this Product actively discontinues auto-renewal service, this auto-renewal service will automatically renew and deduct indefinitely.
- Deduction Retry and Extension: If you do not actively cancel auto-renewal service, it is deemed you agree this Product may, based on payment channel deduction rules, conduct repeated deduction attempts within a certain time limit after corresponding auto-renewal billing cycle expires (even when your Payment Account has insufficient balance). If deduction succeeds, it automatically extends corresponding paid service usage period; if due to network latency, account insufficient balance or other causes leading to unsuccessful deduction, deduction date and service validity period may be postponed, until deduction succeeds.
- Liability Assumption: Please pay attention to Payment Account and payable balance status. If Payment Account issues or insufficient balance leads to renewal failure and other risks and/or losses, you shall bear full responsibility.
- Price Adjustment
This Product has the right to adjust prices of corresponding paid services for auto-renewal services.
- During your auto-renewal service validity period, if price adjustments occur, this Product will notify you through product interface announcements, platform announcements, in-app notifications and other reasonable methods.
- Adjusted prices take effect from effective date noted in adjustment or notification.
- If you do not agree to price adjustment, you may choose to cancel auto-renewal service according to Article 7 of these Rules; if you do not cancel, you are deemed to agree to continue renewal at adjusted price.
- Cancellation/Cancellation of Auto-Renewal Process
You have the right to freely choose whether to continue using or cancel auto-renewal service. If cancellation is needed, you must do so before 24 hours of current billing cycle expiration. Cancellation methods are as follows:
- Apple iOS users:
Open Apple iOS device “Settings” -> Click “Apple ID” avatar -> Enter “Subscriptions” -> Select “[APP Name]” -> Click “Cancel Subscription.” - Android users (Alipay):
Open “Alipay” APP -> Click bottom right “Mine” -> Click top right “Settings” icon -> “Payment Settings” -> “Password-Free Payment/Auto-Deduction” -> Select “This Product” -> Click “Close Service.”
Special Note: Before you choose to cancel auto-renewal service, the authorization for this Product auto-renewal deduction you granted remains effective, and this Product’s fee deduction based on that authorization will not be refunded.
- Termination of Service
This Product has the right to discontinue continuing to provide auto-renewal services to you based on operational strategy needs, and will notify you by platform announcements, in-app notifications and other methods before discontinuing such auto-renewal service. The validity period of paid services you purchase shall terminate from the date when current auto-renewal billing cycle expires.
