Subscription Cancellation / Auto-Renewal Termination Process
You have the right to freely choose whether to continue using or cancel the auto-renewal service. If you wish to cancel, please make sure to do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. The cancellation methods are as follows:
- For Apple iOS users:
Open “Settings” on your iOS device -> Tap your “Apple ID” profile -> Go to “Subscriptions” -> Select “This Product” -> Tap “Cancel Subscription”. - For Android users (Alipay):
Open the “Alipay” app -> Tap “Me” in the bottom right corner -> Tap the “Settings” icon in the top right -> “Payment Settings” -> “Password-Free Payment / Auto Debit” -> Select “This Product” -> Tap “Disable Service”.
Important Notice: Any auto-renewal authorization you have granted to this product prior to cancellation will remain valid. Fees deducted by the payment channel based on this authorization are non-refundable.
