Payment Agreement

Effective Date: May 11, 2026

Thank you for using Lovie. Lovie provides certain paid additional services (the “Paid Services”). Before purchasing or using any Paid Services, please carefully read this Agreement and confirm that you understand and agree to its terms.

1. Types of Paid Services

Lovie provides the following types of Paid Services:

1.1 Virtual Currency Purchase

You may purchase virtual currency within Lovie (such as moly) to access certain features within the app.

Virtual currency is a one-time purchase item and does not automatically renew. After successful purchase, it will be credited to your account and remain available.

1.2 Voice Card Purchase

You may purchase Voice Cards to obtain voice credits, which can be used to unlock or create custom voices.

Voice Cards are one-time purchase items:

  • Available immediately after successful purchase;
  • Do not automatically renew;
  • Voice credits are linked to your account and remain available.

1.3 Subscription Services

Lovie offers subscription services, including monthly and annual subscriptions (as displayed on the purchase page).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period unless you cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date.

2. Payment and Auto-Renewal

2.1 Pricing

The prices of Paid Services are displayed on the purchase page.

Lovie may adjust pricing from time to time based on operational needs. Any price changes will not affect services that have already been purchased and remain active.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription service, you authorize Lovie to automatically charge the next subscription period fee through your selected payment method.

Automatic renewal will continue unless:

  • You cancel your subscription;
  • Your payment method becomes unavailable.

After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of the current paid period.

3. Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription through the platform where you made the purchase.

For iOS users:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Lovie → Cancel Subscription

Please cancel before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.

4. Use of Services

Purchased Paid Services may be used during their applicable validity period.

Lovie may optimize, modify, or update service features due to product improvements, feature adjustments, or operational requirements.

Purchased virtual currency, voice credits, and other account-based benefits will not expire due to changes in subscription status, unless required by law or restricted due to account violations.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information;
  • Keep your account secure;
  • Not obtain, transfer, or use Paid Services through unauthorized methods.

If fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of Lovie’s terms are identified, Lovie may restrict or terminate related services.

6. Service Suspension or Termination

Lovie may temporarily suspend certain services due to technical maintenance, service adjustments, or other reasonable circumstances.

Lovie is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond Lovie’s reasonable control.

7. Refunds

Refund policies for Paid Services are subject to the policies of the platform through which you made your purchase.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store, please follow Apple’s refund process.

8. Others

This Agreement forms part of the Lovie Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Lovie may update this Agreement from time to time based on product development and operational needs. Continued use of Paid Services after updates means that you accept the updated terms.
