Lovie takes your privacy and security seriously. We will not provide the anime character information you create to other users for use. Overseas user email login is expected to launch on February 15, 2026.

The services and resources used by Lovie are provided by Huawei Cloud, with strict data security guarantees.

Lovie (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “this product”) deeply understands the importance of your personal information to you. Your trust is very important to us. We will protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with laws and regulations and referring to industry best practices. We have formulated this “Privacy Policy” and specially remind you: We hope you carefully read and understand this privacy policy before using Lovie and related services, so that you can make appropriate choices.

We will follow this privacy policy to collect and use your information. We will not collect your personal information in a mandatory manner unless you agree to this privacy policy. Please ensure that the personal information you provide to us, and that you authorize us to collect, process, use, and store related personal information within the scope described in this privacy policy, will not infringe on the lawful rights and interests of others.

1.1 Registration, Login

  • Mobile number registration: When you register and log in to Lovie and related services, you can create an account and complete registration through your mobile number. Mobile numbers are necessary information for executing national laws and regulations regarding network real-name requirements.
  • Third-party account login: You can use third-party accounts to log in. We will obtain the public information you authorized on the third-party platform (avatar, nickname, and other information you authorize) to bind to your Lovie account.

1.2 AI Creation and Interactive Entertainment Functions

  • We provide you with creation and interaction services (such as virtual image or story plot creation, interacting with AI friends) based on generative artificial intelligence model technology. To provide such services, we will collect the information you actively input (such as text, voice, or images) to get AI-returned content.

1.3 User Feedback and Services

  • Customer support: In order to contact you, resolve questions, or record relevant feedback information, we may save your communication records with us.

1.4 Information Notifications

  • We may send you notifications about user experience through the contact methods you provide. If you do not wish to receive them, you can unsubscribe at any time.

1.5 Authentication

  • When using real-name authentication functions, according to relevant laws and regulations, you may need to provide real identity information (such as ID card number). If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain relevant services.
  1. How we use cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and device identifiers and other technologies are used to ensure product and service security, efficient operation, and to help you get a smoother access experience. You can choose to clear or disable Cookies, but this may affect the use of some functions.

  • Our AI large model is provided by Huawei Cloud services
  • We will not use the anime character information you create, nor will we share it with other users

a. We provide you with AI creation and interactive entertainment services based on generative artificial intelligence model technology (including virtual image or story plot creation, and conducting conversational interactions with virtual images/stories or AI friends you customize). To provide such services to you, we may collect the information you actively input (including text, voice, or images), perform analysis and calculations on editing and operation commands to better understand your commands and contextual context, and thereby provide you with more relevant information content.

b. We will record your conversation history with anime characters/stories, including conversation information formed by your input and AI corresponding output, and provide continuous interactive experiences based on the conversation history. You can choose to restart the conversation from the beginning or clear all conversation histories in anime character settings. Based on the above functions, we may provide you with anime memory capability improvement services for you in Lovie membership services. AI will generate anime memories about you based on anime character settings and your conversation history with anime characters. You can view and manage episode memories through the anime main page. At the same time, depending on the settings of the anime/story creator, you may receive virtual greeting cards related to specific anime/story exclusive memories.
