1. Data Source from Huawei

✅ Watch app (only supports Fit 3 & 4)

✅ Mobile app (select Huawei Health Authorization as data source, supports all Huawei wearable devices)

Data Acquisition Mechanism:

Requires Huawei Health app installed on your phone to synchronize data via Huawei Health. A small portion of data cannot be synced due to Huawei’s current restrictions on third-party authorization.

Encountering issues with data connection?

Please contact with us here, provide your Huawei Health phone number and OtterLife account, preferably with a screen recording of the issue.

2. Data Source from Phone Sensors

✅ Mobile app (select Phone Tracking as data source, supports all Android phones)

Data Acquisition Mechanism:

Utilizes built-in phone sensors and professional algorithms to calculate your health metrics, including sleep, steps, standing duration, exercise time, and more.

OtterLife must remain active in the notification bar and run in the background. Due to varying permissions across Android brands, slight discrepancies may occur compared to system-recorded data like step counts.

Will other fitness brands be integrated?

Currently, there are no plans to integrate other fitness platforms (Garmin, Redmi, Honor, etc.) on Android.

3. Data Source from Xiaomi Wearables

✅ Mobile app (select Xiaomi Health or Zepp Life as data source, only supports Mi Band 4-7)
