Refund Policy Airy comes with a 30-day refund guarantee. If customers are not satisfied with the product within 30 days of purchase, they can request a full refund. Knit and ChatHub do not have a refund guarantee. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the refund request.
